  Vail, consistently ranked as the #1 ski resort in North America, truly merits its title. With 5,289 acres of skiable terrain, spreading for seven miles on 1-70 from east to west, it certainly presents an imposing view. Vail offers an exciting ski experience, on its 128 front side trails of varying degrees of steepness as well as easiest; and you have yet to see all of Vail. There remains seven, yes seven, wide open back bowls of a skier's paradise. Opposite the Seven Back Bowls lies the new 645 acres of adventure terrain of skiing around and thru the pines of the Blue Sky Basin. However, Vail does present one problem; and that is too much terrain and not enough time! Are you ready for the challenge? And we haven't even touched on Beaver Creek, 6 miles and 10 minutes away and on the same lift ticket. With its 146 trails over 4,000 vertical feet, it is but a five minute bus ride from our home away from home, the Beaver Creek West Condos. Boarding the escalators - yes, escalators - to the slopes, we can cruise or bump our way around Beaver Creek and then, similar to European skiing, we can ski to Arrowhead via Bachelor Gulch for some lunching and sunning

  
  A B & B lunch of a beer and burger will prepare you for the afternoon ski sojourn thru Bachelor Gulch back to Beaver Creek and thence to our home away from home condos. The Beaver Creek West Condos in the town of Avon are gold rated 3BR/3BA or 2BR/2BA comfortable living accommodations. Each unit comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and all the accoutrements for cooking. Each has a large living/dining room area centered by a working fireplace, TV, washer/dryer and a bath for each bedroom. There is a heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs to begin your apres ski rehab and enjoyment. A luxurious home away from home along with world class skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek are the ingredients of an unforgettable ski vacation any time you want and for as long or short as you want.
